Vesicle – We Are Lost EP

Vesicle is a duo from Finland and they introduce themselves as a dubstep group but fortunately their approach to this genre of music is completely different from Skrillex’ one which is both kitsch and aggressive. They are more into deeper, darker and actually chilling areas of bass music and you can hear this mix on the EP called We Are Lost which has been just re-released through Paradise Lost Recordings.

Mad EP – Haunted (featuring Lady Grew)

Haunted is a brand new single to be released tomorrow on Boy Scout Audio which is a result of collaboration between Mad EP (Matthew Peters) and Lady Grew (Kate McGrew).

This is not the first track these two record together – last summer they published Bass Bully and Haunted seems to follow this trend of heavily bass influenced beats produced by Peters combined with grimey vocals from Irish Lady Grew. It all fits together very well!

Shutta – Messy

The waiting for Shutta‘s debut EP is finally coming to an end! Being a very young and promising producer from London, he caught our attention last year with few excellent tracks and his first official release is Messy EP which will be out via Future Flavour on the 9th of May.

Messy is a title song that opens the EP and it is just another proof that this guy knows how to create catchy and deep beats. Get ready for the bass!

Baauer – Harlem Shake

So there is a new viral video that has taken over the Internet. It is called Harlem Shake and basically is about one person dancing at ease to the song and joined in an ecstatic dance by the others when the beat drops. Here is one of the numerous examples:

Who is the guy whose track caused so much fuss? It is Baauer, a 22-year-old DJ from Brooklyn supported by the big names like Diplo, Rustie or TNGHT (Mohawke & Lunice). Check out the full version of Harlem Shake:
